This is a useful book if you want to find out the precise knee injury you may have (and then take steps to remedy it) but don't borrow it for a bit of light bed time reading unless you suffer from insomnia! Unfortuantely I couldn't find my particular knee complaint so it was a bit of a disappointment.

I agree that the part about knee injuries is rather difficult to decipher. The introductory section about avoiding injuries and the section on rehabilitation exercises for knee injuries are easy to understand and could be useful.
